Mark Halperin, author of The Undecided Voter’s Guide to the Next President and editor-at-large and senior political analyst for Time Magazine, appeared as part of the Saint Paul-itics program to give a speech titled, “Covering the 2008 Election: Perspective from the Frontlines.”

Minnesota Public Radio recorded the event and broadcast it the following day on its Midday program.
