    Fraser is a Senior Fellow Emerita, Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs. She served as U.S. Ambassador to U.N. Commission on the Status of Women; directed the International Women’s Rights Action Watch; worked at the Office of Women in Development, U.S. Agency for International Development, the Office of Presidential Personnel at The White House, the Women’s Equity Action League, the Office of Congressman Donald M. Fraser; and so much more.
