Living and working in Saint Paul during the Convention?

First and foremost, the City of Saint Paul will be open for business.
The Saint Paul Public Library, including the Central Library, will be open its regular hours (we’ll be closed Labor Day weekend, as usual).
For all the details, the City of Saint Paul has posted the answers to frequently asked questions about the Convention and its impact on citizens.

i attend night classes at st paul college; i know that many highway exits will be closed and that special parking permits are needed for me to be on campus; but will i be able to ride my bike unhindered to the campus and leave it parked there?

The Maps Related to the RNC section of the City’s web site has maps of bike parking areas and the vehicle restricted area of downtown.
Check with Saint Paul College about bike access and parking.
